Kundan Industries was formed in the year 2015 to manufacture rotational moulded products for household, commercial and Construction applications.
Today, Kundan Industries product line includes – water storage tanks, diesel storage tanks, Nylon Garden Pipe etc.
Over the years, brand our ‘Hunnar Gold & Quinn ’ has become synonymous with some of the leading industrial, commercial and hospitality establishments.
At Kundan Industries we use some of the best of machines for our moulding processes.
Our four arm independent Reinhardt moulding machine gives us the god quality polymer water tank as small as a 200 ltr drum upto a 2000 L tank.
European Design shapes and varied sizes are moulded with complete temperature control monitoring systems.
Back end operations are supported by a German technology machine with complete flow analysis and dry flow tests.
Regular testing of products is carried out by well trained Operators & Engineer to meet global standards of product quality.

HUNNAR GOLD 3 LAYER WATER STORAGE TANK

Kundan industries (Hunnar gold) water storage tanks are made from LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene). The triple layer water tank resin used has high ESCR (Environmental Stress Crack Resistance). ESCR enables the tank to have maximum possible life. We are manufacturing 3 layers UV stabilized tank. UV water storage tank stabilization prevents degradation and ensures that there is no cracking, chalking or loss in physical properties of tank.
Inner layer is made from 100% virgin Food grade material which ensures that the water does not get contaminated when in contact with the tank & is completely safe for drinking water. Middle layer is insulation which reduces the heating of the water, maintaining a difference of 20 degrees in compare to black tanks. Inner layer is premier white colour .
Its airtight screw able lid keeps lock system out of the tank. The lid design uses lock rather hinge ensuring air-tight closure. Security rings are provided to put a lock for extra security against theft & improper use. Lids are safer during heavy wind due to its screw able design.
